Ownership Change at Standard and Reference

We are pleased to announce that Bureau Veritas has entered into an agreement to purchase the entire Inspectorate Group, including Standard and Refence Laboratories

This aqcuisition is now awaiting approval by regulatory bodies in a number of countries

Burueau Veritas is a truly global inspection and testing company with 39,000 employees in 140 countries

The synergies between Bureau Veritas and Inspectorate are excellent and the combined operations will create a powerhouse inspection and testing business with outstanding capabilities

Bureau Veritas already has offices and operations in Australia and all of Inspectorate Australia’s businesses will remain unchanged

We will continue to provide all our valued clients with the same technical excellence and reliable service that has made us so successful to date

The “Inspectorate” and "Standard and Reference" brands will be retained and strengthened by the involvement
of Bureau Veritas and their enormous quality, technical and managerial resources
